Professor Sir Andrew Paul Haines (born 26 February 1947) was the Director of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine until September 2010.
He was educated at Latymer Upper School, and at King's College London (MB, BS, MD). Formerly a professor of primary health care at University College London, Sir Andrew was named Director of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine in 2001.[1]
